Description:  Join us for an IN PERSON lecture/fireside chat with Nina Coslov, the founder of Womenlivingbetter.org, to discuss what to expect about women's health in your late 30's/early 40's. Are you experiencing disrupted sleep, mood changes, night sweats, but still getting a monthly period? This is your opportunity to learn about the normal - and often disruptive - changes that happen in the many years leading up to menopause. Based on their wide-reaching research, Nina's organization seeks to educate women about the changes women's bodies go through when approaching 40 and in midlife in a direct and helpful way. Nina believes that when women understand what their bodies are going through, they can live better. Bring your questions about how things change around 40 and be certain that if you have a question, others do too…please ask!

Bio:  Nina Coslov is a founder of Women Living Better (womenlivingbetter.org), an organization dedicated to improving the experience of the path to menopause through research and education. Nina received the 2021 Media Award from the North American Menopause Society.  She was the lead author on "Sympton Experience During the Late Reproductive State and the Menopausal Transition: Observations From the Women Living Better Survey," published in the Journal of Menopause in September, 2021.  She recently contributed a chapter, "Women's Voices: The Lived Experience of the Path to Menopause," to Each Women's Menopause: An Evidenced Based Resource published by Springer.  Nina lives in Cambridge, MA with her husband and three teenage children.  Prior to founding Womenlivingbetter.org, Nina worked in the biotech industry leading drug development teams and was a management consultant.    Nina has an MBA from The Tuck School at Dartmouth and a BA in psychology from Williams College.
