  Join Women's Health Coach, Dr. Kaline Mulvihill, for a 45-minute outdoor workout class with targeted motions for moms of all stages of motherhood, followed by some refreshments and social time.

  Dr. Kaline Mulvihill is an experienced pelvic floor Physical Therapist, nutritionist, and functional strength coach, and her company, Kinfinity Fit, is the backbone of the Infinite Woman movement. She will lead a unique fitness class emphasizing breath control, pelvic floor re-education, core stability, mobility, and strength. Wear your favorite workout gear and sneakers.

  Bring a yoga mat or towel to workout on.

  It's the most wonderful time of the year -- school is back in session! The WMF Working Moms' Group (WMG) invites you to celebrate the start of Fall with an evening of relaxed, outdoor conversation at Lookout Farm.

  Please join us anytime between 6:30pm and 9pm to reconnect with WMG friends and meet new members while we enjoy Lookout Farm's ciders, beer, and light appetizers. Registration fee ($25) covers light appetizers. Members are responsible for buying their own drinks. Registration closes Sept. 10.

  The Wellesley Mothers Forum invites all new and expecting moms to a private Baby Booty workout class! Baby-wearing is optional, pregnancy is always welcome. Toddlers are welcome too, ages 4 and under! The exercises in class are based on movements of everyday life as a new parent/caregiver; squatting, hingeing, lifting, bending. The workout includes squats, lunges, arm exercises, standing ab exercises, and movements utilizing the barre. Baby Booty is for all parents in their prenatal and postpartum journey, and all caregivers, as all the exercises can be modified for your body and fitness level.

  The studio offers a safe environment for toddlers and babies to run around with no worries for Mom and they have optional weights and mats available. They are pregnancy safe AND baby wearing optional (recommended for babies 5+ weeks) but also it's a great workout if you just want to come and join it!!

  Registration fee is $18 / mom. WMF moms and guests are welcome. The studio has offered us a promotional discount for their Founders Membership for anyone who would like to sign up for a membership- $89/per month unlimited classes with 50% off their first month (3 month commitment). Typically, this membership is $99/per month! To use the promo, sign up during class or reach out to Ali at Baby Booty (ali@babybootyworkout.com) directly. This offer is available to all WMF members regardless if you were able to join the class.

  This is a barefoot or grippy-sock workout. Bring water - mats and optional weights are provided.

• Charitable Givings Collection - Cocotree Kids

  WMF is partnering again with Cocotree Kids to help bring underwear to children in need in Massachusetts.

  Cocotree Kids is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides free, new underwear to at-risk youth. Underwear is one of the most needed but least donated items to shelters and youth-focused organizations because it needs to be new. Cocotree Kids' mission is to protect a child's dignity and confidence by providing them with a pack of 7 pairs (a week's worth) of new underwear that fits. Cocotree Kids is the only organization in Massachusetts that fills this particular need.  

  Please drop off new and packaged underwear at the addresses below between Sept. 16 and Sept. 26, or the Cocotree Kids Underwear Packing Event on Sept 26 (registration is open for this on Wild Apricot).

  Wine & Cheese night is an interactive experience hosted by second generation cheesemonger, Brad Wasik. Learn from his family's expertise, and sample a variety of red and white wines paired with delicious bites in a relaxed setting.

  We are very excited to have many of our Merchant Discount Program vendors join us for the Fall Carnival who are generously providing activities and/or snacks at their tables.   Now that the kids are back in school, we have designed an event for you to dedicate some time to yourself while also allowing you to connect with other community members. Jodi Bring, LMHC, a certified PART Instructor in Positivity and Relaxation Training, will kick off the event by sharing her experience utilizing relaxation techniques to support her family-building journey. She will then host an interactive meditation session (30 minutes) and share various mind-body practices to help mediate stress and develop coping skills. These techniques can improve sleep, health, personal well-being, and more. For those who are building their families or recently postpartum, she can highlight specific benefits based on her personal experience and share the necessary skills for you to implement the techniques moving forward.  

  The event begins at 12pm. Members are invited to hang around for light bites and conversation after Jodi's session. Feel free to bring your lunch, as well!

  Come enjoy a Moms-only, outdoor weekend away from it all in Vermont (with amenities!)! We will hike, dine, relax, and get to know each other better while enjoying the great outdoors while also enjoying comfortable accommodations (no camping)! This getaway includes the cost of all lodging, food at the Chalet, and drinks, and is sure to be a memorable weekend for all who join. The registration fee is $175. 

  Schedule:

  Friday:

  • Drive to the Chalet (car pooling is highly encouraged and we can help arrange it. Please reach out if you're willing to drive others or need a ride.)
  • Dinner at the Chalet for those who are there in time for dinner
  • Games & drinks

  Saturday:

  • Breakfast at the Chalet
  • Intermediate 5-6 mile hike with packed lunches at the top
  • Afternoon free time (relaxing at the Chalet or at the nearby river)
  • Dinner out at Maple Soul

  Sunday:

  • Breakfast at the local cafe
  • Drive home

  Details:

  • The Chalet is approximately a 3 hour drive without traffic.
  • Sleeping arrangements will be on a first come, first served basis. Each person will get their own room with the exception of one room which has 2 sets of bunk beds and will accommodate 4 people (if you want to volunteer in advance to stay in this room - it will probably be the most fun!).
  • For the hike, make sure to bring sturdy sneakers or hiking shoes and comfortable workout clothes.
