Join sleep consultant Teresa Stewart and other moms of toddlers for this much anticipated workshop all about toddler sleep!
Sleep is never just about sleep. When a child isn’t sleeping, that’s just the tip of an iceberg. During this workshop we will explore developmental, biological, environmental, and emotional factors impacting sleep of a toddler. Teresa’s goals are to help you: (a) create and maintain a healthy sleep foundation for your toddler, ages 16-36 months old; (b) develop reasonable expectations for how much sleep your child will need at different stages, including length and timing of naps; (c) be prepared with strategies for when sleep challenges arise – which in the toddler years, can be often; and (d) understand the connection between sleep, behavior, and emotions.
