As of January 1st, 2008 the mid year membership fee is now $110 ($115 if using Paypal). To renew, click the yellow link titled "Attention..." in the top right corner of this page. If you have friends or neighbors who would appreciate an application, please email their names and mailing addresses to our Database Coordinator, Beth Cook, at ekdcook@hotmail.com.

The membership fee covers the cost of speakers' honoraria, room rental, food and beverage, service expenses, and our directories and newsletters.  There may be additional charges for special workshops, banquets and events.  When accompanied by a member, non-members may attend as a guest for a $20 fee.  Members may also choose to attend a lecture outside their chosen series up to three times per year on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Membership is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Space for both groups is limited.  The Wellesley Mothers Forum welcomes all mothers of young children.  In cases of hardship, the membership fee may be waived.

There are two ways to register for the Wellesley Mothers Forum:

1) Online

Click here to go to the online registration page.  Once you complete the application you will be routed to PayPal to pay online the membership fee of $165 ($170 if using Paypal). If you prefer, you may register online and submit payment via check.

2) Mail

Click here to download the registration form.  Complete the form and send it, along with a check for $165 to the address indicated on the form.  Your cancelled check and the receipt of your first newsletter will be your confirmation of membership.
