The Wellesley Mothers Forum

We are excited to announce a new lecture and seminar structure for 2009/2010!

Lectures: All lectures are now open to all WMF moms (you don't have to choose between Group I or Group II).  The combined lecture series enables us to bring in speakers who are the top experts in their field to address topics for moms with children ages 0-8yrs. **see below for the listing of the outstanding lectures for 2009/2010.

Seminars: To supplement the big lectures, we will also have 6 or more smaller seminars with age or issue specific topics that will be held at more intimate venues. The seminars will cover topics such as potty training, how to talk to your kids about sex, and sleep – Ferber and beyond: different philosophies and techniques.

A social hour with refreshments begins at 7:00 p.m. and the lectures/seminars begin at 8:00 p.m. Guests are invited to all but the October lecture, unless otherwise notified, for a fee of $20.

Lectures are held at the Wellesley Country Club.

Directions: From Rt. 16 take Forest St. (where Bertucci's Restaurant is located) and follow Forest St. until you reach the four-way stop sign intersection.  Take a left onto Wellesley Ave.  The Country Club is about 500 feet on your left (please enter the Club via Wellesley Ave.).  Click here for a map.
